Sharky’s (also knows as Grants Beach) is the best protected beach when the North Eastern wind is blowing and is also great for collecting drift wood. You can park at Grants Head Carpark which is off Ocean Drive. Go through Bonny Hills and when you get out of town you will see Sharky’s beach on your left hand side, take the first gravel road on your left and drive till the end. It is also a dog friendly beach and quite remote with no lifesavers on duty.
