Three-step process

It is a three step process to list your home:

STEP 1:

Consultation meeting to assess your home. We discuss suitability, rental periods, holiday rental potential and other elements such as house rules. We are selective. We make suggestions and work with you on how to maximise your rental income. If we cannot make money for you we do not take you on as holiday rental client and will discuss better options with you.

Results: overview and decision to proceed.

STEP 2:

We sign an agreement and get the activities underway to get your home activated for holiday rental. There will be activities for you and Beachscape to conduct. It takes about 3-10 days to get your home listed on the various booking sites.

STEP 3:

You start receiving bookings and rental income!

Our core booking channels are: Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz-Homeaway-VRBO, InfoPortMacquarie / Destination NSW and Beachscape Holiday Rentals and Beachscape Property websites.

Switching Agents?

In addition to the three step listing process, we will need to take care of some extra elements with your existing managing agent, like the transfer of future guest details.

We will assist you in the switching process and discuss the details of your situation.  Beachscape guarantees that you will not incur any switching costs or extra hidden charges.

The transition for future guests is also seamless.
