Step 1. Parking - Please park on the street, either in Munster Street or Clarence Street. Street parking is free. The closer you get to the main CBD there will be a maximum number of hours to park, so choose a parking spot towards the other end of the street, towards School Street. Property does not provide parking on site.
Step 2. If you stand in front of the building on Munster St you will see a driveway on the left of the building that goes down to a small car park. As you walk down the pathway you will see a covered alcove on your right with 20+ lockboxes. Use lockbox F, enter the code provided via SMS 13579. Take keys out and close the lockbox. IMPORTANT: To put the front of the lockbox back on, enter the code again and hold down the black tab. You will need to put the bottom part in first and then you can lean the top back in. Release the tab once the lockbox is completely in.
Step 3. Head back around the front of the building, past the hairdressers and enter the Tasman Towers building glass front door with the PINK KEY. Take the elevator to level 2, unit 4 is on your right as you step out of the elevator. There is a number pad on the unit door. Open the unit door by pressing key code c2589 and turn handle. There is a tag on the keys with this code to remind you.
Another key set can be found inside on the kitchen bench. Please return the first set to the lockbox and use the set from inside, so you can never lock yourself out.
Step 4. Check out on departure day is 11am. When leaving, please make sure the place is tidy, windows are closed, washing up is done and packed away, rubbish has been placed in the skip bins located downstairs via laundry outdoor stairs.
Upon departure, please leave key set 2 on the kitchen bench. Place the other key set back into the lockbox.

CEILING FANS For fans to work, make sure the light switch on the wall in the room are on.
ARRIVING LATE - KNOW YOUR WAY If arriving late e.g. after 7pm, please make sure you have all information regarding address and key, as we may not always hear the phone, especially during weekends. We generally pick up til 7pm and after 7pm for emergencies only, however we enjoy some family dinner time too as we are a small business. Thanks for your understanding.
FOOD Please note that food service in restaurants and food delivery in Regional NSW stops at around 8.30pm-9pm. So please make prior arrangements or stop at a supermarket along the way, Coles and Woolworths are open til 9pm at night. Nearest supermarket: Coles in Short Street, Port Macquarie.
KEEP NEIGHBOURS HAPPY. Noise is to be kept at a minimum after 10pm Any callouts will incur a $100-$150 fee.
