Fly High – Apartment 320 Flynns Beach Resort

Step 1a.  Pick up the cleaners key, clean linen and toilet paper, from 18 Oxley Crescent, Port Macquarie 2444. The key is located inside garage B shed, in Tupperware box on table inside on right hand side. This is our key master set, so take care the keys get returned immediately after your clean.

Step 1b. Double check if prior guests put the guest key back into FN lockbox (code 1850), then close lockbox and turn the dials so code is not visible to strangers. Note: there are 2x key sets for guests 1st set in lockbox, 2nd on kitchen bench in the unit. Guests are instructed to drive the key back to the lockbox upon departure and leave the 2nd key set inside the apartment on the kitchen bench.

If there is no key in Lockbox FN, it means guests are either still at the apartment OR they did not drop the key back and most likely left both sets in the apartment. Make sure to check there are 2x sets, and drive 1x back to the FN lockbox when you drop off dirty linen.

Step 2.  Drive to your Fly High apartment 320, situated in the Flynn’s Beach Resort at 68 Pacific Drive Port Macquarie

Turn from Pacific Drive into Ocean Street and enter Flynns Beach Resort immediately on your left (see the map). Drive straight past reception toward the cream-colored building (see photo above), IMPORTANT use the garage at the left of the driveway, not the garage on right hand side of reception!. Use the key to open the garage door. The garage door lock is on the pole to your right as you drive toward the door. Enter the garage and park toward the rear of the car park.

Do not call or use Flynns Beach reception as they are unable to assist you, as our apartment is independently operated from them. If you need assistance call Beachscape Rentals Reservations Team on 0409 865 909 or Susan Property Manager on 0410 938 691

Step 3.  Access the apartment via the stairwell at the rear of the carpark. Apartment 320 is on the third floor. WiFi is flynnsbeach18 under Flynn’s Beach Resort WiFi

Step 4.  Linen cupboard key is located on ledge under laundry vanity. Please make sure core windows to balcony are clean.

Step 5.  Drive back dirty linen and master cleaner key set back to Oxley garage. Make sure to double check if you need to drive back one set of guests keys (depending on your findings in step 1B, if guest key was already in lockbox FN) and one set of guests keys to be left on kitchen bench or side console.

THINGS TO KNOW

About Flynns Beach Resort:

SMOKING. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the resort including Fly High apartment which is one of the oceanview apartments. There are designated smoking areas located at the front and rear of the complex outside the gates.

GARDENS AND WILDLIFE. The resort gardens are meticulously maintained and the protection of the turkeys, water dragons, goannas, ducks, koalas and possums is of utmost importance. The naturel creek that runs through the property is a ‘natural water hazard’ and parents should ensure their children are supervised at all times.

Please stay on the pathways and never pick the flowers. Thank you.

POOLS  There 3 heated pools located on site. The largest, behind Reception and closest to the front of the complex is gas heated. The others have solar heating. Pools are open from 8am to 9pm in the summer months and from 8am to 5.30pm in the winter months.

ACTIVITIES  The Gym is open from 7am to 8pm daily. To access the gym please use your room key. The gym is located in stage 1 stairwell 3A. BBQ’s are located in both Stage 1 and Stage 2 (see map)

ARRIVING LATE - KNOW YOUR WAY  If arriving late e.g. after 7pm, please make sure you have all information regarding address and key, as we may not always hear the phone, especially during weekends. We generally pick up til 7pm and after 7pm for emergencies only, however we enjoy some family dinner time too as we are a small business. Thanks for your understanding.

FOOD  Please note that food service in restaurants and food delivery in Regional NSW stops at around 8.30pm-9pm.  So please make prior arrangements or stop at a supermarket along the way, Coles and Woolworths are open til 9pm at night.  Nearest supermarket:  Coles in Short Street, Port Macquarie.

DEPARTURE  Checkout time is strictly 11am unless other arrangements have been made. When leaving, carefully check that you have left nothing behind, leave one key set on the kitchen bench and drive the other key set back to the lockbox at 18 Oxley Crescent (lockbox code 1850). A text to our reservations team on 0409 865 909 would be appreciated.

Ensure you have closed the back door and all windows, loaded the dishwasher and turned it on and taken all rubbish to the dumpers in the car park.

HOUSEKEEPING  Apartments are not serviced unless your stay exceeds 7 days and we have discussed a mid-stay linen change or regular clean. We provide a starter pack of ‘basic’ items. Apartments have clothes washing and drying machines, as well as a foldaway clothes horse.

KEEP NEIGHBOURS HAPPY. Noise is to be kept at a minimum after 10pm. Any callouts will incur a $100-$150 fee.
